The Pittie Group has been based in Pune, India for over 100 years and has pioneered several engineering products. In 1987, the Pittie Group ventured into Plastics and started production under Pittie Polymers Pvt. Ltd.
Pittie Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is a global provider of Plastic Injection Moulded products to the Automotive, Appliance, Office Furniture, Food and Paint Industries. We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. Our plant is located in MIDC Ranjangaon, Pune, India.
We presently have customers across India and also export to Europe and USA.
12 Plastic Injection Moulding Machines from 88 tons to 850 Tons capacity. We have the capacity to handle parts from 0.20 gram to 3.5 kg. Our post moulding capabilites include screw assemblies, ultrasonic welding, automatic screen printing, automatic heat transfer labeling. We process all types of raw materials including Polycarbonate, PMMA (Acrylic), PA6 (Nylon), PA6 Glass filled, POM, Polypropylene, PP Talc filled, PP Talc and Glass filled, HDPE, ABS, HIPS, GPPS.
In house tool room for tool development and maintenance. The engineering capabilities include design concepts, new product development, raw material selection, CAD/ CAE simulations, FMEA/Design for manufacturability, prototyping, tools/fixtures/gauges, testing and validation.
Sophisticated Quality Lab for in house testing and validation of our incoming material, online inspection and final product testing.
Rajeev Pittie has over 40 years of experience in the Plastics Industry that includes greenfield plant setups, operations management, providing breakthrough value engineering ideas to customers, pioneering industry first products for the Indian market.
Pranav Pittie is a graduate of the University of Virginia, USA and has over 15 years of work experience. He joined Pittie Polymers after various roles at Ernst and Young, USA and Lehman Brothers, USA. He oversees overall operations, new business development and product development.
The IMTS Exhibition 2016 in Chicago was the first exhibition for Pittie Polymers Pvt. Ltd. in the USA. Currently, Pittie already exports to USA and the sales are increasing year on year in this region.
Pittie Polymers Pvt. Ltd. exhibited at the Hannover Messe 2014, Germany. We currently have several customers in Germany and the exhibition was important to meet and interact with both existing and new customers.
Pittie Polymers Pvt. Ltd. furthers its presence as a global provider of PlasticInjection Moulded products by exhibiting at the Alihankinta Subcontracting Trade show in Tampere, Finland. Pittie currently has customers in Scandinavia and will continue the effort to grow it’s presence in the region.
